What You’ll Be Doing
We service a great mix of General Domestic and Asian vehicles, along with some European flavor to keep things interesting. Your day-to-day looks like:
Acting as our go-to expert for advanced drivability, electrical, and network diagnostics.
Solving the tough problems that leave other shops scratching their heads.
Using state-of-the-art digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to clearly communicate with our service advisors so they can sell your recommendations with confidence.
Sharing your knowledge and mentoring hungry B-level techs who want to learn from the best.
What We’re Looking For
We need a seasoned pro who is confident at the console and knows how to use their scope. Ideally, you bring:
Proven Diagnostic Excellence: Deep experience with advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and scan tool data interpretation on Domestic/Asian lines (European experience is a massive plus).
Tools: Your own reliable set of tools and diagnostic cart (we provide the heavy-duty shop equipment and factory software subscriptions).
Mindset: A pride-in-workmanship attitude. You get a kick out of finding the root cause of a ghost in the machine.
License: A valid driver’s license and a clean-ish driving record.
